holed coins. Well, it's true you can get 98% of the coin for, usually, a fraction

likely represents an official re-certification of this coin to continue
circulating after the 1696 "Great Recoinage." As such very rare &
historically significant. (A ""worn" example similarly holed brought

an official re-certification of this coin after the 1696 "Great
